Welcome to my blog of all things pretty, wild and most importantly, healthy. This blog was made to help people like myself who have or had no clue how to begin living healthy. And in order to be healthy you have to learn to be happy with who you are. Health is not a number on the scale or specific number of calories per day. Health is about feeding your body what it needs and indulging in the things you want, moving your body in a way that keeps you happy and your body healthy and living in the moment. Look in the mirror everyday and tell yourself that you are beautiful and accept yourself exactly the way you are and you'll be surprised that one day, you'll believe it.

You just drink juiced fruits and vegetables for a set amount of time to cleanse you system! There are some recipes here too!

If you have Netflix I suggest you watch Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. It’s what inspired me to do my first juice cleanse and it explains a lot on how to get started!

I would recommend a juice cleanse as long as you are doing it for the right reasons and not just as a way to lose weight quickly. I do juice cleanses when I’ve been eating a lot of junk food for a couple months and I want to get it out of my system and need that extra kick to make myself get back on track. You can’t expect to do one and then eat like crap after and keep that weight off.

16 oz juice

6 oz Naked juice

1 1/2 cup watermelon

1 can of peas

1 piece of pizza (WAH I CHEATED WHATEVA WHATEVA)

Input

12 oz protein smoothie

16 oz juice (modified version of the Green Energizer Bunny

~55 oz water

pineapple, watermelon, honeydew and a kiwi 

Output

2 mile jog

1 mile bike/walk (had to walk my bike cause it broke >:( )
